How To Personalize;
You can enter the text you would like to appear on the tag in the personalization box. Please check the Spelling, Capitalization and Punctuation, we will engrave it the way it is entered.
Please note that if choosing to do a monogram the letters will be in the order you enter them with the center letter being larger unless you request otherwise. 
You can choose a font color from the chart pictured on the listing and list you choice in the personalization box or in the message to seller at checkout. If you do not list a font color we will use the color in the photo.
Since each item is customized for the buyer all sales are final.
We can not accept returns unless it is our mistake. If there is an error on our part we will send a replacement free of charge. Colors may be slightly different than they show on your computer screen since there are variations in one monitor from another.
